Commercial & Industrial Floors
Restaurants, showrooms, shops, and warehouses. Floors that take traffic and still wipe clean at close.
More on commercial & industrial floorsThe Jackson metro is the largest market we travel to, and the one where a single trip usually covers a full job rather than a half day.
Jackson and the suburbs around it are the biggest market in the state, and we go down there for work that justifies the trip. In practice that means whole-garage jobs, multi-bay and commercial floors, or several jobs booked in the same week rather than a single small patch.
The suburban ring is where most of our residential metro work happens. Madison, Ridgeland, Brandon, Flowood and Clinton have a large stock of newer houses with big attached garages on sound slabs, which is close to ideal for a flake system: minimal repair, fast prep, and a finish that goes down evenly because the concrete underneath is in good condition.
Commercial work in the metro is a different conversation. Warehouse, retail and restaurant floors here get specified around traffic volume, cleaning chemicals and how long the space can be out of service, and that last one usually decides the system more than anything else. A floor that is not ready to walk on is a day you are not open, so we will give you the return-to-service window before you commit, not after.
Because we are running down from Starkville, metro scheduling works best with a bit of notice. Tell us roughly what you have and when you need it, and we will be straight about whether the trip works and what it means for the price.

We diamond grind the slab to open the concrete, then cut out and fill cracks, rebuild spalls, and level low spots.
Pigmented base coat goes down, then flake or quartz broadcast to refusal. Once it sets we scrape and vacuum the surface back flat.
A clear topcoat seals everything in. Before we start you will know exactly when you can walk on it and when you can park on it.
